Shipping policy

At MEROË, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your botanical oils arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During holidays, promotions, new product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping & Estimated Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Standard orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier used for your order may depend on your destination, package size, shipping service selected at checkout, and carrier availability.

Estimated carrier transit times are generally:

These estimates begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

For most standard U.S. orders, please allow approximately 3–7 business days total from order placement to delivery, including our normal processing time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside MEROË's control may affect delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, available shipping methods, and any applicable free-shipping offers will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment; however, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.

MEROË is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@xn--mero-opa.com so we can assist you.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting us.

We will assist customers with carrier inquiries when appropriate; however, carrier delivery scans and claims may be subject to the individual carrier's policies.

Damaged Packages

If your MEROË order arrives damaged or a product has leaked or broken during shipping, please contact us at contact@xn--mero-opa.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and shipping packaging so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

Alaska & Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii; however, delivery may take longer than standard contiguous U.S. delivery. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.

P.O. Boxes

Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes may be sent through USPS, as some private carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Holidays & Unexpected Delays

During major holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing or delivery may take longer than our normal estimates.

We appreciate your patience when delays occur outside of our control.
