Description and Ingredients

Prickly Pear Seed Oil + Frankincense Seed Oil

Two botanical oils. Two complementary roles. One naturally luminous ritual.

The Perfect Match Pairs Prickly Pear Seed Oil with Frankincense Seed Oil to create a simple facial oil ritual designed for skin that feels dry, dull, rough, or in need of extra nourishment.

Prickly Pear Seed Oil is naturally rich in unsaturated fatty acids, particularly linoleic acid, and contains tocopherols (vitamin E compounds) and other naturally occurring lipid-soluble components. As a facial oil, it provides lightweight emollience that helps soften the skin, improve suppleness, and support moisture retention—helping dry, dull skin appear smoother and naturally more luminous.

Frankincense Seed Oil is a fixed botanical oil obtained from the seeds of Boswellia. Unlike frankincense essential oil, the seed oil provides fatty acids and emollient lipids rather than functioning primarily as an aromatic essential oil. It helps condition, soften, and nourish dry-feeling skin, making it a beautiful complement to a facial oil ritual.

Why are they The Perfect Match?

Think of it simply:

Prickly Pear → Lightweight nourishment + softness + luminous finish

Frankincense Seed → Conditioning + emollience + comfort

Together → Soft • Supple • Nourished • Naturally Glowing Skin

Rather than promising to “erase wrinkles” or “rebuild collagen,” this pairing focuses on what botanical oils do particularly well: supplying emollient lipids, supporting moisture retention, smoothing the feel of dry skin, and enhancing its natural-looking glow.

How to use The Perfect Match

After cleansing and moisturizing, apply Prickly Pear Seed Oil first, then press a small amount of Frankincense Seed Oil over the skin as desired.

Or place a few drops of Prickly Pear Seed Oil in your palm, add a small amount of Frankincense Seed Oil, blend between your fingertips, and gently press into the face and neck.

Important: If your Frankincense product is truly Frankincense Seed Oil, this approach makes sense. If it is actually Frankincense Essential Oil, the formulation and safety instructions would be completely different, and I would not tell customers to freely mix drops on their face.
